Description

ADC is a chemical modified Acrylonitrile Styrene acrylate copolymer with high content of epoxy groups

ADC is a type of copolymer that is modified with chemical groups called epoxy groups. The copolymer itself is made from a combination of three monomers: acrylonitrile, styrene, and acrylate. The addition of epoxy groups to this copolymer enhances its properties and makes it useful for a variety of applications.

Characterisitic

ADC is a chemical modified Acrylonitrile Styrene acrylate copolymer with high content of epoxy groups

ADC is a type of copolymer that is modified with chemical groups called epoxy groups. The copolymer itself is made from a combination of three monomers: acrylonitrile, styrene, and acrylate. The addition of epoxy groups to this copolymer enhances its properties and makes it useful for a variety of applications.

Epoxy groups are chemical groups that contain two oxygen atoms bonded together in a specific configuration. These groups can react with other chemicals to form strong, cross-linked bonds, which give the copolymer increased strength, durability, and resistance to damage from chemicals and other environmental factors.

The high content of epoxy groups in ADC makes it particularly well-suited for use in coatings, adhesives, and other applications where strong bonds and high durability are required. Additionally, the unique properties of ADC can be tailored to specific applications by adjusting the ratio of the three monomers in the copolymer and the amount of epoxy groups added to the formulation.

Applications

1.To be used as coupling agent in ASA base compounds to strengthen the adhesion

between infill materials and polymer matrix.

2.To used as a compatibilizer for ASA/PC, ASA/PMMA, etc.
