Description

This product is polyolefin elastomer grafted with glycidyl mathacrylate , which is especially suitable for the compatibilizer and toughener of polyester or polycarbonate materials.W5A polyester compatibilizer is based on POE by introducing strong polar reactive group GMA (glycidyl methacrylate), The material has high polarity and reactivity, can be used for flame retardant, reinforcement, toughening, filling, etc. Polyester material modification, can effectively improve the compatibility of composite materials and dispersion of fillers, improve product performance. It can also be used as an alloy compatibilizer for ABS / PC, PBT / PC, etc.

As you mentioned, the W5A compatibilizer is based on POE (polyolefin elastomer) and contains the reactive group GMA (glycidyl methacrylate), which gives it a high level of polarity and reactivity. other properties well in the PBT fiber system.

The above date shows adding 4% W5A in the PBT flame retardant reinforcement system can improve the notched impact strength and preserve other properties well.

W5A has excellent processing performance in PBT fiber-added system and can help the glass fiber to disperse evenly.
